My job as Operations Manager provides me with the opportunity to really make a difference. I love working both strategically and hands-on a variety of projects using the latest technologies to enhance the customer experience and innovate our platform and services. We are passionate individuals working together as a cohesive team across multiple locations in a truly remarkable and collaborative work environment. I joined 7+ years ago as a customer care agent, and I have been able to grow and learn with Miinto, and I find that each day presents a new challenge and learning opportunity.
